The cream works! Its as if cauterizing has been done on your skin. I applied it to a skin tag and did have a burning/itchy sensation for sometime. After that, skin tag turned brown. I gently wiped it and it is now almost gone. It depends on the size of the skin tag, so you might have to do it repeatedly. Only thing I noticed is the brownish colour it left on my skin which I hope will later blend with my skin tone as the skin heals.
