Hi Geessentials’ Clients, please know that we endeavor to process your order swiftly within standard business hours nonetheless, the stated delivery time is estimated from 1-3 days depending on where your location is. Please note that this does not include the time for processing your order. Please ensure to provide your working email to receive updates on the status of your order. It is best to track your order once your parcel has been dispatched from our warehouse.
While we make our best efforts, we cannot give you 100% assurance for overnight delivery as NZ Post may encounter unforeseen delays too. For rural areas expect an estimated delivery within the standard hours from 2 to 4 days if there is no delay.
Signature Required Parcel:
If you choose “Signature Required” ( No Extra Charge) it is important that someone is available to sign for the delivery otherwise this will be returned to the nearest depot or courier pick-up point in the area. Note that a card will be left with instruction.
Non- Signature Parcel:
Additionally, non-signature parcel is sent at the buyer’s own risk. If you aren’t available to receive the parcel, please ensure that your courier is provided with a secure location to leave the parcel. Instruction is necessary for unsafe location.
Unfortunately, neither Geessentials nor our partner courier can offer refund or replacement for items that were lost, damaged, or stolen after being delivered. It’s crucial that you must contact us within 14 days for Domestic delivery.
We use the third party NZ POST to deliver parcels.
To lodge an enquiry or to make a claim, for all domestic courier services:
Express Targeting overnight (some delays are inevitable from NZ Post)
Rural Delivery 2-4 working days within standard hours
Our shipping fees are fixed domestically. Rural areas are slightly higher.

Timeframe for lodging an enquiry
Subject to Consumer Guarantees Act 1993, an enquiry must be lodged for loss or damage within:
Domestic postal or courier service 21 days
Once we have investigated your enquiry and requested a completed claim details for loss of, or damage to, a postal or courier item, you must provide us with all relevant information to enable us to investigate the matter. The duration depends on how fast NZ Post will take action.
