Geessentials New Zealand Limited allows returns and exchanges within 14 -days upon receipt of order. Returns must meet the following terms and conditions:

  1. Item must be in its original purchase condition where the product is in the original packaging and unused. 
  2. Purchased items that are part of a set must be returned as a whole set.
  3. Geessentials does not cover shipping costs.
  4. Geessentials Return, Exchange, and Refund policy do not apply to ‘change of mind’ therefore you are encourage to choose your order carefully.
  5. Where the item has been used or damaged and is no longer in an acceptable re sellable condition Geessentials do not offer refund.

What if an allergic reaction occur on products’ usage?

As beauty products fits for purpose on your skin, adverse reactions to some are inevitable.

Please ensure to read the ingredients before purchasing the products if you identify some allergens that may cause reactions on your skin, please refrain from purchasing. Apologies but Geessentials will not be held liable for any reactions that may occur and is unable to offer replacement or refund. To avoid this from happening, choose your products carefully and read the ingredients when possible. Geessentials strongly suggest to perform a skin test within 48 hours prior to product’s usage.

If reaction persist, stop using the product and contact your physician.

Exchanges & Refunds

Customers may demand a return and exchange with the following conditions:

  1. The product does not match the sample or model that was shown.
  2. The product does not meet acceptable quality meaning, it was damaged or in bad condition.

You may email us at geessentialsnz@gmail.com  for photos or proofs of the products’ condition. Refund will only be processed within 7 days once we have validated acceptable claim for refund.

Customers may request a full refund:

If the product never arrived or did not arrive at a reasonable time subject for investigation with Geessentials’ partner courier company.

Non – Returnable Items:

Sale items, freebies, intimate items such as underwear, sanitary, health and personal items.


Geessentials has the discretion to gift its avid customers gifts. All products that has been given as gift has no value and will not be eligible for returns and exchange

Shipping returns

To return your product, you should mail your product to: 1C Murdoch Street, Otahuhu, Auckland 1062.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning more expensive items, you may consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
