- Generously apply to the skin 20 minutes before sun exposure. Reapply every 2 hours, and after swimming or sweating.
- Twist the dial at the bottom clockwise to dispense the product.
- Avoid extending it too far; 5mm from the container is ideal.
- Lightly drag the product across your face for direct application.
- Apply directly to all exposed areas of your body that need sun protection.
